Job Description

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Full-time; Anytime between the hours of business 8am-7pm CST, Flexible Hours up to 40 hours a week


Overview: We are looking for an experienced WordPress Web Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining WordPress websites. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of web design, customization, SEO best practices, and a passion for creating responsive, fast-loading websites. Familiarity with the Avada theme is a plus, though we are open to candidates who are willing to learn. Experience with Go High Level (GHL) is a plus but not required.



Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop WordPress websites, customizing themes and templates to meet client needs.
  • Ensure websites are responsive, fast-loading, and optimized for SEO.
  • Perform basic graphic design tasks using tools like Canva and photo editing software.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate CRM systems with WordPress websites.
  • Maintain, update, and troubleshoot client websites and company web properties.
  • Stay updated on the latest web design trends and best practices.


Requirements


  • Proven WordPress experience â€“ Comfort designing, customizing, and editing websites.
  • Basic graphic design skills â€“ Familiarity with tools like Canva and photo editing is a plus.
  • SEO knowledge â€“ Understanding of SEO best practices for website optimization.
  • Attention to detail â€“ Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills â€“ Ability to collaborate with internal teams and clients.
  • Problem-solving skills â€“ Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues on WordPress websites.

Preferred:

  • Experience with the Avada theme for WordPress (or willingness to learn).
  • Familiarity with Go High Level (GHL) â€“ Experience with GHL features like CRM integrations and workflows is a plus but not required.
