This is a remote position.
Identify potential buyers or sellers interested in leasing or purchasing warehouses
Verify and gather correct contact information for decision-makers
Engage in meaningful conversations to pre-qualify leads
Follow a structured script and ask the right questions to determine motivation and interest level
Record and report all lead details in a CRM or tracking system
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
Prior experience in cold calling, real estate, or lead generation preferred
Strong ability to build rapport and handle objections professionally
Comfortable making high-volume calls
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Ability to work independently and meet targets
